Alumni Association: Silver / Gold / Platinum Spartan Members
Since the inception of the Camelback Alumni Association in 2004, a $100 contribution identified each of the first 100 such contributors as a Charter Member. All contributors at the $100 level, i.e. graduates, administrators, faculty, staff and friends, became members of the Alumni Association and distinguished themselves as committed supporters of the charter of this organization. As Charter Members, their names are listed permanently on this web site (under Home Page menu item “Association Facts”) and are recognized in a handsome Hall of Fame plaque with 100 embossed brass nameplates, located on campus. The last of those 100 special contributions came forth on June 9, 2007.
In October 2007, three new membership levels were created to supersede the older Charter Member category, and similarly recognize generosity and financial commitment to Camelback High School and public education. They, too, underscore faith in the vision of creating an organization that provides a base for constructively reconnecting with fellow graduates and a meaningful framework in which to assist, mentor and support the students, administration and faculty of Camelback High School in scholastic and extra-curricular achievements as well as personal realization.
All membership dues are allocated to the Association’s General Fund, from which we allocate monies to other designated funds, principally a Scholarship Fund.
