Shawn Leroy Conner, 37, of Mesa, AZ, passed away on July 24, 2008, surrounded by his parents and sisters. Shawn fought a courageous battle against cancer. He was an Arizona native, graduated from Camelback High School and attended University of Phoenix. He was preceded in death by his brother Curtis L. Conner. Survivors included his parents, Charlie and Lindy Conner; sisters: Sharon Montano, Debbie Schubert and Stacy Marshall; nephew, Joshua; nieces: Melissa, Christine, Leah and Sara; and great nephew, Marcus. Bryan Michael Egnew, 40, of Moncure, NC, passed away at home on September 10, 2011. He was born in Phoenix, attended Phoenix Camelback High School, and served an LDS mission. He later attended Middle Tennessee State University and Brigham Young University. Bryan worked in the telecommunications industry and until 2008 worked as senior manager for Nortel in the Raleigh-Durham area. He loved foreign languages and learned French, Spanish, and German. Survivors included his former wife, Amy; 5 children: Chaz, Shelby, Zach, Liam & Jemma; parents, Edward and Marva Egnew; 4 brothers: Mark, Jeff, Brent & Paul; and 5 sisters: Wendi, Kari Lortscher, Peggi Williams, Mary Ann Castanon & Holli Cahoon.
